Delivery, Setup and Collection

We deliver the equipment to your address or venue, set it up safely, and return later to collect it. Our aim is to make your booking simple, reliable and stress-free.

Delivery and collection times are arranged around your event and our booking schedule. We will always do our best to agree a suitable time with you before the day.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may depend on your location, the items booked, access, parking and the distance from Milton Keynes. Some local bookings may include delivery within the hire price, while bookings further away may have an additional delivery charge.

Outdoor Bookings

Outdoor bookings depend on safe weather and suitable ground conditions. We may be unable to set up if the area is unsafe, too small, heavily sloped, muddy, blocked, or unsuitable for securing the equipment.

If the weather forecast is unsafe, we will contact you as early as possible to discuss your options.

Indoor Bookings

We can provide suitable inflatables, soft play and event hire items for indoor venues where there is enough space and ceiling height.

Please check with your venue before booking and confirm the available space, ceiling height, access, parking and whether inflatables are allowed.
