Here are some helpful answers about booking bouncy castles, soft play and event hire with The Bounce District.
How do I book?
You can book by contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email or our website. Please tell us your date, location, venue type, item you want to hire and the age group of the children.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver, set up and collect the equipment. We will make sure the equipment is positioned safely before use.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, including Aylesbury, Bedford, Luton, Northampton and Leighton Buzzard, depending on availability.
How long is the hire for?
Our standard hire is usually up to 7 hours, unless agreed otherwise. Longer hire may be available on request.
Can I hire indoors?
Yes. Many of our castles, soft play sets and party hire items can be used indoors if the venue has enough space and ceiling height.
Can I hire outdoors?
Yes, outdoor hire is available, but it depends on the weather and the suitability of the setup area.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If the weather is unsafe, we may need to cancel, postpone or rearrange your booking. We will speak with you as early as possible if the forecast looks unsuitable.
Do I need to supervise the equipment?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times during the hire period. Children must not be left unattended.
Can adults use the bouncy castles?
Only if the inflatable is suitable for adult use. Most children’s inflatables are designed for children only. Please ask us before booking if adults will be using the equipment.
Can face paint, glitter or slime be used?
No. Face paint, glitter, slime, silly string and party poppers can permanently stain or damage equipment. Extra cleaning or damage charges may apply.
